In a magnificent building made entirely of wood and stone which has retained all its authenticity, TTiPiA is a place we love where tradition and originality combine and where Basque cider flows directly from the barrel.
Cider house menu: €37
Cod omelette, Spanish hake, Chuleta (rib of beef) , Sheep's cheese with walnuts, quince paste and Sagarno (Basque barrel cider) as much as you want.
The chef only uses fresh products for his cuisine.
Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €13 with starter, main course, 1 glass of cider.
