Your personal data are collected by NEGOCOM Atlantique, Limited Liability company with a share capital of €313,000, which head office is located 134 avenue du Maréchal Juin, Immeuble le 1857, Hall A, 24000 Périgueux, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de PERIGUEUX with the number 830 476 933.

2. WHICH PERSONNAL DATA ARE COLLECTED BY NEGOCOM ALTANTIQUE ? 

As a guest you can access and browse our website without communicating your personal data, meaning all your information allowing us to identify you (title, surname and first name, email address, etc.). 

As customers (advertisers) or subscribers to our website’s newsletter, your personal data will be collected, either via a form, or during the creation on your personal account. The replies indicated by a red (*) are mandatory ; if the mandatory field is not completed, the creation of your personal account or receiving the newsletter will not be possible.  

Please note that our website is not aimed at minors. Consequently, the personal data collected and regarding minors will be deleted, unless NEGOCOM Atlantique has obtained the consent of the parents. 

NEGOCOM Atlantique does not collect any « sensitive » data. « Sensitive data » is defined as, all information relative to an individual showing : racial or ethnic origin ; political, philosophical or religious opinions, union membership, health and/or sexual life and/or criminal sentences relative information and in some cases national insurance / social security number or financial data.
