  Unfaithful housekeeping service - no wine openers nor ice provided upon request. We had to go down to the counter ourselves to get them. On the second day, we found out that the towels and the coffee capsules were not ready, and when we pointed it out, we were once again requested to get down to the counter in order to fetch the amenities ourselves. It wasn't even any time late in the day when we visited the counter for 4 times that day. We requested the manager for this issue, but we couldn't meet him until the last day of our stay - nor did he give us any feedback considering this matter. This was not their normal level of service, which made me suspect the staff had a racist standard when tending to their services. I am an experienced traveler and have stayed in many different hotels around the world, but none of them gave me such a disappointing experience. I feel my stay in this hotel and the fee I paid for it were both not worth it. I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel ever again. Very disappointed and disgusted. This hotel doesn't have the right to get a single star on their service ratings.

  We had a really good time at the hotel. The hotel staff (reception, breakfast and bar) are friendly, helpful. We had brief but good conversations with them about local culture, tennis, football etc and could feel that they are really welcoming and sincere. The hotel is not big but facilities are good enough for us, a bar at the ground floor and the rooftop bar for some great scenery. Staying next to the promenade became a highlight as we’re able to take nice walks to and fro old town, the beaches and the hike to Passaia while not in the thick of the action. It’s amazing how we can be so near all the action but still have a good distance from it.

  Great staff, services, and breakfast. Easy walk to old town / downtown. Large comfortable rooms. Minor comment on the a/c for the room was not cooling too well but we opened the window.
