  Beautiful campsite, nice location and clean sanitary facilities. The 40 euro deposit for the tags for the showers and barrier was refunded upon check-out. Never saw anything in my bank account. Expensive overnight stay!

  1 star for location. When we arrived, a very strong smell of air freshener hit us in the throat (weird), I noticed clumps of dog hair on my mattress, I called to have a clean mattress pad, I'm not making a fuss. The aftermath was catastrophic - carpet covered with pile - broken blind and handle of our bedroom window - my son takes a shower, we find ourselves flooded (non-existent wand under the shower door) - the bottom of the fridge and sides, dirt and stuck hairs 🤮 - dirty dishes (oh yes it was written to rewash the dishes, great start to your stay) - After a first night, I wake up with spots.... They tell me to wash my sheets and give me a duvet that came from the laundromat. I asked them to finance the machine and dryer, but I had to buy detergent (I generally don't do laundry during my vacations) On Wednesday, doctor's report: FLEA BITES!! 😱 They didn't have a spare mattress, and above all they didn't care. This mm day (3 days after our report qd MM) a technician finally came to repair the shower and the handle, for the blind you have to order....and carpet changed. Added to the external inconvenience, opposite, 3 terraces facing each other, my neighbor's window stuck to our terrace, I had the privilege of seeing him in his underwear every morning. Construction noise noted from 8 a.m., in fact, in the campsite, a house under construction (which apparently does not belong to them), the least we can do is to warn holidaymakers before their arrival because it is nice to rest, without forgetting a dog that barked from 7 a.m. I reported it to the team with the number of the mobile home so that they could resolve the problem, I don't know if this was done but things got better the following days. What was most surprising was that when we left, an exit inventory was carried out, and when I recounted our week to the gentleman who came to do it, he replied that it was not not possible because the person before us did not have a dog, and he was a vacationer even before, so I understood that the inventory was really very random, I left it to them to wash their floor and under their fridge. I would like to point out that I worked in a 3-star campsite, a thorough cleaning as well as the overhaul of each piece of equipment was carried out before each start of the season. So a 4-star campsite with the added “camping paradise” ad MUST BE IRREPROACHABLE!!!! The tourist region does not give you the right to sell such pitiful services, it's making money on the backs of people who work all year round to pay for a week's vacation!! Ashamed !!
