A family company with over 40 years of experience in construction and real estate development, AMODIA has been managed for 15 years by Yvan Aramendy, a seasoned developer with extensive expertise and a deep attachment to the Basque Country.
Based in Urrugne, AMODIA designs, develops and carries out real estate projects in close collaboration with local authorities. In 2016, a second agency was created in Bruges in Gironde. Amodia's new programs meet the need to develop quality living spaces that respect the environment and the identity of the territory. Many new real estate projects have already seen the light of day under the leadership of Amodia in Urrugne, Bidart, Anglet, Bayonne, Guéthary, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Saint-Pée Sur Nivelle, Ondres, Soustons, etc.
