  Location is pretty convenient. Service is good. The reception even helped to print our bus tickets for us. However, there was significant noise from the street below. We were on an apartment on the 3rd floor (not sure if other apartments have the same issue). We stayed 3 nights over a weekend, and the worst was Friday night. All the way from 12am up till just before sunrise, there were drunk people at steer level yelling and singing at the top of their lungs. Everything could be heard even with the windows closed. Kitchen is adequately equipped.

  I have to edit my review made 2 years ago in which I was complaining about noise from the restaurant: this has not been a problem ever since. I've stayed in Santiago Apartments a few more times, and did not experience such problem any more. Apartments are now fantastic!

  God location in the center of town, big "rooms"/apartments. The double bed was a bit small, and the romservice only straightened the sheets after two days instead of changing them. The bathroom could have been better (the shower door could for instance not be super squeaky). The kitchenware could have been cleaned better before or arrival (we also found an open pack of ice creams in the freezer). The price is OK for what you get though considering size, facilities, location, and friendly reception staff.
