Laure and Jacques will offer you a completely homemade and freshly prepared breakfast.
In summer, Laure will serve it to you on the terrace facing the Rhune or the Mondarrain, in winter in the kitchen by the fireplace.

Jacques, former owner and chef of the Restaurant La Grange in Bayonne, will cook organic and local products such as fried eggs with Espelette pepper, lightly seared Bayonne ham, farm-raised sheep's milk, and Arbonne bread. He makes his jams with Amatxi, of course, and you will be awakened by the smell of his pastries that he bakes every morning.
