This hotel is ideal for those looking to explore the city and enjoy the beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible. The rooms are beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

A nice 4 star hotel in the center of Biarritz. The hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to everything in the city. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants, pubs, and shopping within walking distance, but the hotel is still located on a fairly quiet street. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has fresh decor. But it isn’t overly elegant or flashy. My room was on the 7th floor and had a beautiful sea view. The room was quiet, comfortable and not too small. The Privilege rooms have a mini fridge with complimentary juice, water and soft drinks, as well as a Nespresso machine. There’s no bar or restaurant in the hotel. My only two noteworthy items are the air conditioning and the parking: - A/C: As it was chilly outside during my stay, the hotel’s A/C was intentionally turned off, which is quite common in parts of Europe during the cooler weather months. I was able to cool the room by opening the window. As the street outside our room is relatively calm at night, there was minimal noise to disturb us. When the window is closed, it’s a completely sound proofed room. - Parking: A public parking garage is attached to the hotel. Although the garage’s operator, Indigo, advertised €17 per 24 hours on its website, the actual rate was €25 which isn’t disclosed until you’re in the garage. Disappointing that the hotel doesn’t have an agreement for a fixed rate or in/out privileges for guests.
