Welcoming and charming staff. Unfortunately the value for money is not there at all. Very high price for a hotel that is at its wits' end in terms of room quality. Looking forward to the renovation

As customers for several years, we find that the quality of everything has diminished. The beds were very "soft". So we had a bad night. The next day we asked to change rooms because we are usually never disappointed with the beds. We were told that the mattresses were new, they put a wooden board under the beds. We slept better but not well compared to usual. On the pool side, the water is cold. They lowered the water temperature. When we go out it is also cold. We really have known better. For a weekend at 550 euros (with 2 breakfasts and parking space) we expect a better weekend. I think this is the last time we come back. Otherwise the staff is pleasant.

I booked some relaxation time with lunch at the restaurant before being able to enjoy the spa. I would like to say that the meal was very good, refined and the service was very pleasant! On the other hand, I must admit, being very disappointed by the spa. When I booked, no one explained to me that I needed a swimming cap (bill at the entrance) it could happen. On the other hand, regarding the heat of the water, the heat of the spa there is a problem. The swimmer recognized it and it's a shame it's impossible to get on the deckchairs without feeling cold. There is a lot of rust around and in the swimming pool, and as for the showers… the jet is of horrible power which hurts the skin. Really a shame, but big plus for the restaurant.
