Mostly very good or excellent (food and service) but the dining options for children/teenagers is very poor and because of this we could only eat in their excellent restaurant once.

A lovely spot, with large gardens, perched a 15 minute walk above the town (and it's a pleasant walk too). Excellent staff and service: very good food and bar. Room itself could do with some updating, and it was not well provided with, eg, coffee, milk, conditioner etc.
