It is in tribute, especially to my grandmother, my mother and also to all the parents and grandparents in the world who lovingly transmit to their children and grandchildren the secrets of good cooking and good baking, that we want to preserve their traditions and their know-how. Thus and thanks to them, we are proud to make our macaroons every day, for the greatest pleasure of gourmets and lovers of authentic, simple and natural flavors...
We still work in an artisanal way, in fact, each macaron is prepared by hand, using a piping bag, just like in the past.
Our macaroons are made exclusively with selected dried fruits, crushed, ground or grated such as: Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, Lemon and Turmeric that we macaron with a little sugar and egg white. We do not add any fat, coloring or preservative and of course, our macaroons are flourless.
We make sweet cannelés and also savory cannelés for aperitifs. Which completely sets us apart in the world of cannelés!
