  A big regret is the choice of the Flabellus brand is very limited in terms of sizes and models, so I order from the Flabellus website in Spain. I am delivered within 72 hours by post.

  For the first time I was not disappointed, nice shop with lots of choice, pleasant saleswoman with good advice. Delighted with my purchase and will come back with great pleasure for another pair

  I visited the Chistera store while passing through Biarritz last week. I tried on a pair of alparagatas, which to my mind fit perfectly, in a size 43. The sales assistance was joined by a lady who I assume was the manager or owner of the store. Both said i needed to get a size smaller, as the material would stretch to fit after a very short period of time. I remained unconvinced so they called another sales assistant to show me he was wearing a pair of shoes from the same brand, and a size smaller was definitely the way to go. It was not. I wore the shoes, and within 3 hours my toe came through the top of the shoe. These were not a cheap pair of alparagatas at 95 euro. I contacted the store directly on facebook, as this is the only channel available to contact - the instagram page does not load. So, overall, a nice store with a good selection, but poor sales advice, and no reply to my initial contact three days ago. I also emailed the manufacturer of the shoe, based in Spain, and received no reply. A reluctant negative review.
