- The Mondarrain is a Pyrenean summit in the town of Itxassou. Its rock faces are very popular for climbing. A nice hike gets you up there. The route is without particular difficulty, but it is quite long (six hours). The last stretch is a bit steep and quite steep. It is therefore not a family hike and it is more for good walkers. The advantage of these mountain circuits is of course the panorama at the top, well deserved but always impressive.
