  I have known this place all my life, and I have had pintxos here a thousand times. However, today was my first time at your a la carte restaurant. The experience has been great. Despite it being St. Thomas's Day and being packed, the staff have been lovely. It has been a long time since we have been served by waiters this nice and cheerful in a restaurant. The menu is brief and traditional, with a clear commitment to local and quality products, the txangurro croquettes are an infallible classic but I think that whatever you order is delicious. I thought the boletus starter was wonderful and the tarte tatin Pantxineta was a pure fantasy. Some say that it is a restaurant for tourists, and it is true that it has the menu in several languages. Personally, I would recommend it to any tourist as much or more than the visit to the famous museum 😅 today, however, I have not seen a single one, all local. We ate very well and had a great time, looking forward to returning.

  Tomamos Capaccio y Atún, además de los postres. Excelente calidad y preparación exquisita. Sin duda volveremos.
