The MOST fun afternoon - 6 family members ranging from 51-15 in ages- The Arteka team were so accommodating and helpful, not to mention loads of fun! Matisse was our river guide and we did cano-raft which was a high-paced, adrenaline- filled activity (and we are all adrenaline addicts!)It also felt very safe and the equipment ( canoes, wetsuits, boots, helmets etc) were new, clean and of high standard. Even the showers were hot afterwards! The staff were so helpful and accommodating too. Can thoroughly recommend.

It was our first time doing the canoraft (mini raft like a kayak for two people). This was very hard to maneuver and we kept spinning. Instead of helping, the instructor kept whistling at us as if we were dogs and treating us with disrespect. He even told me to stop speaking and listen to him like he was speaking to a baby. He continuously looked at his watch, saying that he was late and that we were failing. Thankfully, some very kind people helped us out but they found it difficult as well. I felt like I was a burden when we paid for this activity and I did not enjoy it.

Professional staff. Even tough we were late (schedule to 16h), they waited for us around 60 minutes to start the rafting session. I found the reservation process quite good. The material was in good condition. We were expecting a longer session. We think that price is not the best deal for one hour of rafting. Although the instructor was professional, it seemed a bit like in the army. Always keeping a constant pace and stressing to move forward.

I went here with my family. The course was quiet long and, for my sister and I, quiet difficult. We are not very tall (less than 170cm) and we believed some spots on the rocks were difficult to go...

White water rafting and canyoning on consecutive days. Really well organised. We were with out teenage lads, who loved both activities, and younger kids in the group were well catered for, too...
