  It's very nice on the terrace but it doesn't seem normal to me that they tell you that the tables are reserved for eating outside the reservation time. We were there on Friday 01/10/24 and they have already told us at 6:00 p.m. when they put up a sign that says from 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. I don't understand Otherwise, the skewers are delicious but excessively expensive. After reading the answer, do you have a capacity for this? No, you have cutlery and napkins on all the tables only for eating, so anyone who wants to have a drink and smoke a cigarette does not have space. I'm sorry, it may seem unfair to you, but yours also seems unfair to me.

  Breakfast with bad experience Today I came to this place in Abando to have a tortilla skewer for breakfast, and the attention I received has been disappointing. The waitresses, especially one who seems new, treated me with disrespect. They didn't look me in the face or give me a smile, something basic in customer service. I ordered a tortilla skewer with onion, since the normal one was not good, and when I asked to change my plate, they looked at me strangely and it took them a long time to resolve it. Also, when I ordered the skewer with double bread, the response I received was an unprofessional “I don't know” instead of trying to clarify my request. The juice they serve is very small for its price, and in general, the atmosphere in the service has not been pleasant. I hope that the staff reflects and improves their treatment of customers, because this is not how you can provide good service.
