  I took my bicycle (from a well-known French sports brand: a "Grand Surface" of sports) to this workshop after it began to present a series of mechanical problems that were difficult to solve, and that said large surface did not want to go through the warranty yet having less than a year (they had already warned me not to ever buy their bikes, of very poor quality in materials and components). From the beginning, at Ciclos Jaizkibel, the person in charge was very professional and dedicated himself to trying to solve the problems, even though the thing they sold me at the French brand's sports store turned out to be a real challenge. Throughout the process, he has tried various repair options, changed parts, and spent his time researching possible solutions, always with clear communication about progress. Although, unfortunately, the problems persist and a definitive solution has not been found, I have to recognize the effort and dedication of the workshop. He has done everything in his power, and has given me a very positive customer experience. For this reason, I recommend this workshop to anyone looking for committed and honest personnel, although in this case, the poor quality of the bicycle has been an almost impossible challenge to overcome.
