  I would not recommend this company at all. In the first place, they only respond to you if you speak French. I had to email them using google translate to make a booking. When I first searched for this place, the address stated that they were about 40min away from San Sebastian, where we were living. We were there on holiday (11 people) and did not have a car so we intended on using public transport. We made the booking and they required us to pay a deposit, which is fine. But then a day before the booking, I checked the address to plan our route there, and then noticed that it is now 2 hours away, the address where they actually do the watersports was different, seems they've changed this on Google in the mean time. We called them and asked them if they could help us find another way but they never called back, we called them again to ask if we could cancel and get our deposit or at least part of it back. They simply refused, now they don't even reply to my emails anymore. If you do decide to book with them, then don't pay a deposit. Just go there on the day, these companies are never that busy that you need to book. They will say they are but I have seen at many places there is always an open spot. Learn from my mistakes.

  What to say 🤔 It was a great experience, the instructors were top notch. I was a little afraid that the rhythm would be in grandmother mode (nothing against vs 😉) And not at all, for non-athletes like me plan on 2 days of leg aches depending on the pace at which you go 😂. I recommend with your eyes closed 👍
