Voyage Inside offers small group yoga sessions (maximum 10 students) all year round in the Braou district of Biarritz (room "Les Turbulents" at 34 avenue de Tamames).
The sessions are guided by Jennifer, a passionate and experienced teacher, who offers practices for all levels. Very educational, she is committed to providing a caring environment where everyone can feel comfortable and practice while respecting the limits of their body.
In order to meet everyone's needs and desires, different styles of yoga are offered during the week: Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga ...
Whatever the style chosen, the yoga sessions all aim to offer a global practice, integrating all the dimensions of yoga: physical, mental, respiratory and philosophical. In addition, a real relaxation is always offered at the end of each class so that students leave the session relaxed and recharged!
Course schedule and prices:
- For the year 2024-2025 (from September 23 to June 29), the schedule of yoga classes is as follows:
- Monday 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.: hatha flow and meditation
- Tuesday 10am-11am: hatha
- Wednesday 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: gentle yoga
- Wednesday 6:45 p.m.-8 p.m.: hatha flow
- Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.: vinyasa
- Friday 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: gentle / yin yoga

Rates are decreasing depending on your level of commitment. You can choose to register with a pass system or subscribe for the year.

- 5-course pass: €80
- 10-lesson pass: €150

- Annual subscription 1 lesson/week: €490

Summer schedule: yoga classes facing the ocean in Biarritz!
All summer long, Voyage Inside invites you to practice outdoors with a spectacular view of the ocean from the lawns of the Phare de Biarritz. Treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation, lulled by the sound of the waves in the cool and calm of the morning! Classes are for all levels and open to everyone. Mats are provided.

Private yoga lessons in Biarritz and Anglet
Voyage Inside also offers private lessons for students who wish to benefit from individual monitoring and personalized advice adapted to the specific needs of their body and mind in order to progress more quickly. Private sessions take place online or at home in Biarritz or Anglet.
Classes can be given in French or English and the student can choose the style of yoga they want for each session: hatha, vinyasa, yin etc.
Prices for private yoga lessons:
- 1h: €70
- 1h15: €80
- 1h30: €90
For just 10 euros extra, you can invite a second person to take the course!
