  The guy in the shop just said: "You didn't buy the bike here, I can't do anything about it." We are paying guests here in Biarritz, we want to explore the city with our e-bikes, spend money in restaurants and shops, but can't find a repair shop for our broken bike. You don't feel welcome. Never again Biarritz!

  A real shame! I'm bringing a bike that was purchased new in May 2024 for a skipping chain problem. I collect the bike and pay €40. When I got home I quickly realized that the problem was still present. I go back to the store and they tell me that I need to change the chain and sprockets at a cost of €150. I ask if he will deduct the 40€. They tell me no. Not only is the person incompetent, unpleasant and dishonest. To avoid without moderation!
