  Fantastic service! I was met by the exit of Biarritz airport on collection and on return. I would have liked a few more minutes to get used to the car before parking ran out, but that is my issue.The communication was excellent and they made great efforts to use English in person and via Whatsapp. The car itself was great and drove very well. Although at first it seems more expensive, the service and the quality of insurance cover is way above the big companies. They didn't try and charge me any extra and my deposit was returned promptly. I highly recommend MY CARS 64 and I will certainly use them again when I return to Biarritz and Anglet. Merci pour votre service excellent et professionnel. Fortement recommandé!

  Excellent and friendly service. The car was ready for us as we stepped off the plane and the drop off was in the express departures car park so no time was wasted in queues. Will definitely be using again the next time we fly to Biarritz.
