  Great Hotel with heated pool a 10 minute walk to the centre of Biarritz with great cafes, bistros and restaurants. The staff were all lovely and I had a really good Yoga class with Charlotte and 2 fabulous massages with Claire. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but VERY small for 2 people.

  Room: A very beautiful room, clean and with walls full of "stories" nice pictures. A very comfortable bed with the perfect mattress. As for the toilet it is nice buy is not as it's ment to be "PRIVATE". The glass door is not separating the room from the private business that is happening in a bathroom...I think there is some room for improvement there. Reception: Kind people and ready to help although a thing that needs to be improved is the hello welcome and the hello buy. The pool: Decent size and nice place to enjoy some sun if you are lucky to have it. We were there 12,13/08 and the weather was moody and rainy.

  Such a pleasant stay. Really loved the pool in particular although it was a shame the pool bar wasn’t open during our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we could had. Loved the little touches like the aromatic water, puzzle, games and books. Would definitely return!
