    Staff is friendly and super helpful. Rooms are cozy, very comfortable and well-decorated. Excellent place to stay in Biarritz.

    Rooms not soundproofed... Didn't sleep all night.. between the ventilation and the "water heater" which goes off all the time.. the doors slamming from people coming in at night.. between the neighbors' discussions. Approximate cleaning, the soaps already well used and half broken. In short, not at all worthy of a 4 star... Otherwise very welcoming staff and good breakfast!
