      Dark chocolate tablet with peanut slivers and Espelette pepper / Salty biscuits with sheep's cheese and crunchy biscuits with peanuts and Espelette pepper.

      Our shop is located in the heart of the village of Espelette and welcomes you for tastings of our products.

      We also have an online store that allows you to order and pay securely by credit card, PayPal or check. Delivery is made by tracked Colissimo.

    A superb discovery in Espelette! The Bipertegia store offers a wide choice of products from passionate producers, and this is reflected in their quality. A big thank you to Gilbert, who took the time to explain the manufacturing process to us and enthusiastically made us taste his specialties. An authentic and essential address for lovers of good local products! We will come back with pleasure.

    Producer and not reseller. Nice shop with quality PDO products. When buying we give you a flyer with some recipes. You can also order from their website if you are satisfied with their product.
