    • Xabi and his entire team welcome you to the BiPiA artisanal cannery.

      BiPia, a cannery specializing in the processing of Espelette pepper, manufactures all its products on site, in Larressore. Most of the raw materials used in our recipes come from local producers . All the products manufactured are without preservatives or colorings.

      BiPiA is the only processor to offer a range of around twenty products based on Espelette peppers: from kitchen basics (powder, puree, mustard, jellies), to sauces (vinegars, marinade sauce, pizza & grill sauce) and even unique products (cocktail sauce, toasts, chutneys, ketchup). In addition, BiPiA has created a range of organic products (powder, puree, mustard, jelly, pizza & grill sauce, ketchup) in order to satisfy all of our customers.

      In store, in addition to highlighting its range of products, BiPia offers a selection of the best local products (wines, cider, beers and fruit juices / pâtés, charcuterie and foie gras / cheeses / biscuits and jams / seafood / traditional ready meals).

      The shop welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. out of season. In July and August, discover the premises from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. continuously from Monday to Saturday.

      In July and August, BiPia will introduce you to its products through a guided tour and a culinary activity based on chilli cultivation: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. and Friday at 4:30 p.m.

    Thank you to Anne-Sophie for her excellent welcome, her kindness and the wealth of useful information she gave us. Nantes on vacation, for the second time, we stocked up on piperade (with Anglet peppers) and chili purees. It's delicious and artisanal.
