BiPia Hot pepper in Larressore

Xabi and his team welcome you to the BiPiA artisanal cannery.

BiPia, a cannery specialising in the processing of Espelette chilli pepper, produces all its products on site in Larressore. Most of the products used in our recipes come from local producers.

BiPiA is the only processor to offer a range of about twenty Espelette chilli products : from cooking basics (powder, puree, mustard, jellies), to sauces (vinegars, marinade sauce, pizza sauce & grills) and even unique products (cocktail sauce, toastades, chutneys, ketchupades). In addition, BiPiA has created a range of organic products (powder, puree, mustard, jelly, pizza sauce & grills, ketchupade) to satisfy all our customers.

In the shop, in addition to highlighting our range of products, we offer a selection of the best products (Wines, cider, beers and fruit juices / pâtés, cold cuts and foie gras / cow, sheep and goat cheeses / biscuits and jams / seafood / traditional ready meals).

We welcome you in our shop from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm out of season. In summer, we welcome you from 9am to 6.30pm continuously from Monday to Saturday.

In July and August, you will discover our products through a guided tour and culinary entertainment around the cultivation of chilli peppers on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am and on Friday at 4:30 pm.
