  Welcome to the Zimitxu Rural House, set in a spectacular location in Etxalar, a charming town in Navarre. Nestled between mountains and green meadows, where you can enjoy a rural experience with direct contact with nature.
  Zimitxu Rural House is surrounded by meadows, mountains and trees, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Nearby, there's a stream where you can cool off in summer.
  
  The house has a spacious living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, comfortable sofas, large tables and table soccer. The open-plan kitchen, well-equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and various small appliances, is ideal for preparing delicious meals. The first floor also includes a full bathroom and a pantry with washing machine. Outside, a covered porch and barbecue are at your disposal.
  On the second floor, Zimitxu Rural House offers 7 comfortable bedrooms: 3 doubles and 4 twins, as well as 3 full bathrooms. Extra charge possible.

Fantastic. The house is huge, nicely furnished and the surroundings are absolute paradise. The owner J Mari is also very polite and helpful, he even recomended a local guide who took us on a tour of San Sebastian that was so good. We highly recommend this house!

Three families with children aged 0-3 years spent a few days there and we had a great time. Disconnection and nature. The owners Adela and Jose Mari are very hospitable.

We spent a week with 15 friends at the house. Result: we will repeat another week next year. Facilities: two-story house, with 7 very spacious rooms, 4 full bathrooms enough for so many people, a huge living room with a table to sit together, and a functional kitchen with all kinds of appliances. The terrace is huge, it has direct access to the living room. Cleanliness: everything is very good, it is a place surrounded by grass, so there will be some insects and spider webs, but normal for a place like this, very clean. Services: Wi-Fi somewhat fair but sufficient, some companies barely have coverage, but if you go to a house like this you don't plan to spend all day in the living room plugged into the Internet. Barbecue with a decent grill where we could fit 6 steaks at a time. They offered us firewood if we needed it, although we used charcoal. Environment: spectacular. Surrounded by meadows, you can't see a house nearby, the sky at night is breathtaking (the photo is real, taken with my cell phone). Total tranquility, to sit and do absolutely nothing but breathe. Access and surroundings: arrival on the first day is scary, the access hill to the house, but the 6 cars we took went up and down without any major problems. Etxalar is 10 minutes away, and Elizondo a little further away. It is advisable to organize your purchases in advance so as not to have to go out for any unforeseen events. There are several routes and charming towns enough for a week without stopping every day. Hosts: very friendly and attentive, it is appreciated to meet people like that in places where you stay. Thanks to both of you! No problem with the bail... From what others say, wow.
