  By email they assigned us a mobile home and upon arrival they gave us another. According to the girl at the reception, it is common for them to do that if you have not paid a premium for a specific place. I understand this, but then don't assign us a specific mobile home number by email. The mobile home was dirty upon arrival and with someone's urine in one of the toilets, but then when you leave, they tell you that you have to clean it. During our stay, the cleaning girl entered our mobile home without permission, and all our things were there, this cannot be. Finally, the girl who is where the massages are, next to the pool, ordered us to take off our flip flops when we went to enter through the puddle before reaching the indoor pool. Puddle that, by the way, sometimes has water and sometimes doesn't. I understand that it is for hygiene, but another couple passed behind with their children and he didn't say anything to them and they all passed by with their flip-flops on. This message is for her: You have to tell everyone or no one. The only good thing about this campsite is that the water in the indoor pool was warm. We will not return.
