  Fine campsite close to beach ,doesn’t have its own cafe but there are some on the beach 5 min away. Google maps will take you on the seafront route which is closed to cars you have to go around the back . Great surf and bars.

  Municipal campsite next to beach with cycle & walking routes along the coast. Can take the bus into biarritz from the shopping centre (change buses at biarritz train station, but buses easy enough and very cheap).

  I cannot recommend it enough. Fantastic help from two French men speaking English at reception, great location, superbly clean, very well equipped and organised. I was there with my dog, had an ideal spot where I was able to hear the ocean at night if I wanted to, by leaving the door open, neighbours were far enough and very pleasant anyway, the beach was 2 mins walk away, St Jean de Luz only 20 mins, walking slowly with my dog who stopped to sniff continuously. St Jean de Luz a charming town but has some problems with sewage which I could smell as I walked along the main town's bay. very sad that such a lovely town disposes its sewage into the sea rather than have it treated.
