  Booked for 1x week, arrived and had a Quick Look around the site before we booked in as we always do to make sure it’s what we want from a site, decided it wasn’t for us as all looked a bit dated,pitches not at all private and shower/toilet block looked terrible. As we’d been on the road for a fair few hours we thought we’d stay for a couple of nights and then move on,the man in reception became very aggressive and told us that we must pay in full then claim back from our insurance. Manners cost nothing and you would expect someone who deals with the public for a living to be better behaved,my wife & I were disgusted by him and decided to leave straight away,very rude man. Would not recommend this place and would certainly never return.

  Absolutely disgusting! Entering our mobile home for the first time we were welcomed by HUNDREDS of FLIES! When we tried to get some help from the reception, they simple said: "We're infected by flies! There's nothing we can do! Just turn on the AC for 5 minutes and they'll disappear." Ye as expected this was just some Blabla to get rid of us. By the way a spray might help, but there's nothing they can do I guess. Absolutely disgusting and no service at all! I'd rather stay home!

  I've been staying here for two nights in a row at the site for campervans, and as much as it is a great location, the service is absolutely terrible. My partner happened to be in a lot of pain and went to the reception to ask them if they had a painkiller, an aspirin, anything. Not only did they not have one (How? How does any business in hospitality not have basic necessities such as paracetamol or something similar?), they were also very rude about it. It felt as if they were angry at him for even bothering him. Being hospitable and friendly in a literal hospitality business seems to be a thing of the past here, because the young man at the reception went out of his way to be as unpleasant as possible. The shower is quite uncomfortable too, as the water runs for 4 seconds max, meaning you have to press a big black button for every 4 seconds. It's also right outside, so apart from the many interruptions of the running water, it's freezing cold. I really had my hopes up for this location as it's so great to be close to the beach, but it was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend.
