- Gran Camping Zarautz, located at the top of Talaimendi, an impressive viewing tower that offers extraordinary panoramic views of the magnificent beach of Zarautz.
  In this natural space, with a wooded and green area, you can enjoy different accommodation alternatives: plots, glamping or hostel (glamping type) equipped with modern facilities, with toilets adapted for children and disabled people, free sauna and gym, mini-market, summer entertainment (yoga and zumba for adults and free daily activities for children), as well as quality catering. We accept pets, we have electric car chargers, laundry, free Wi-Fi, mountain bike rental, surfing equipment, skate, etc... and we are open all year round.
  It is the ideal place for excursions to San Sebastian, Bilbao, Pamplona, Biarritz ... From the campsite there is the possibility of taking a bus that connects directly with the train station and the town of Zarautz, which can also be accessed via a walk with somewhat steep stairs that go down directly to the beach or via the roadside promenade.
  Zarautz has a 2.8km beach and is surrounded by beautiful mountains where you can go hiking, mountain biking, climbing, etc., as well as any sea-related sport: surfing, fishing, diving, sailing, rowing, kayaking... it is a paradise for active campers looking to exercise outdoors and enjoy endless opportunities for all members of the family. It is also a place to relax and unwind, with unbeatable sunsets and the tranquility that comes with the coexistence of this campsite.

I had a good stay at this campsite, though there were a few downsides. While the campground itself wasn’t the cleanest, the staff were polite and helpful, and the restrooms were kept reasonably clean. This spot is popular with young surfers, so be prepared for parties in the evening. On the bright side, the on-site café serves really tasty food! However, the store is very basic with limited options, especially for breakfast items, so we had to drive into town for groceries. One unique aspect is that many people live here long-term, which gives the campsite a different vibe. There’s direct access to the beach, and a city bus even stops at the campsite, which was super convenient. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

Lovely camp site. Basic restaurant but excellent facilities. Pitches are good. Short walk to nearby restaurant. No such beach as it’s all rocks but interesting walk. Winter price 29 euro for 7.5 mtrs motor home.

Large Motorhome 28 euros per night with electricity. Showers toilets very clean and plenty of. Shop bar and restaurant on site. Absolutely loads of bays for Motorhome, caravan and tents. We'll laid out about 1km to Zarautz Town walking but steep hill with steps to climb back. Washing machines and driers available at 4 euros per cycle includes detergent. 5 out of 5 worth a stop. Enjoy !
