  A huge thank you to the owners for their very warm welcome! We slept there for 3 nights and felt like home. The cuisine using local products is made with passion, everything is excellent! We keep this address carefully.

  A New Year's Eve on December 31, 2024 at the Lizarrieta pass with Mikela and Rémy, new owner since July 2023 in their restaurant and guest rooms (Hordago Ostatua) located in the Basque country in a very refreshing natural site 🌳🏚🏚🌞 A starred menu offered in 10 courses with exceptional local products selected from producers in the region and concocted by chef Rémy le Charpentier accompanied in the kitchen by Mr. Paco of Mexican origin and room service carried out with care by Mikela and Matthias head waiter and oenologist. A place and restaurant worthy of being known to major restaurants for the quality of its services both in the kitchen and in the service and the welcome that it exudes. Without forgetting the careful and sober decoration created by Mikela as well as her small welcome pastries which will be offered to you in your room upon your arrival (cookies, macaroons, etc.) Simply in conclusion!!!
