  Order placed online, I needed an exchange following a size problem. The size I needed was no longer available but was told it would be soon. As a result, the announced deadline was respected and I was able to find the right shoe for me! Customer service responses are quick and the product is great. It's nice to see that there are still serious companies.

  As with every visit to this magnificent region, I love leaving with a pair of wedge shoes since there are magnificent pairs there and of much better quality than I can find in Touraine 😊 I fell for a pair of wedge mules yesterday that I probably won't have the pleasure of wearing before next summer so it's difficult to assess the "quality" but at first glance it's certainly a budget but the shoe seems of quality, really comfortable and very aesthetic. Concerning the welcome, I was pleasantly welcomed by a charming lady who was unfortunately no longer present during my second visit to make my purchase after a little time for reflection.

  Very well received despite the fact that I was only looking for a simple and inexpensive product. This needs to be clarified because this is not always the case. Beautiful products, large selection and friendly salespeople. I highly recommend.
