  A beautiful quality of leather and a perceptible quality for this renowned family house in the Basque Country. I am delighted with this very beautiful gift: a studded belt well known to fans. A downside, however, for details which are not in view of the prices: the quality of the dust-bag (in photo), of the gift bag (and the poorly laced bolduc which looks really cheap) in photo and the lack of a maintenance advice booklet of his article. To remedy this in order to be in line with your product quality and image standards.

  If I compare the quality of the bags currently made and those worn by our mothers and grandmothers, the quality of the leather and accessories has decreased significantly but it is still an object that we are proud to wear or offer when we live in the Basque country. or that we like the region. I especially deplore the condescension of a manager of the Laffargue house which is at the sale who questioned me in a virulent manner just because she could not find a bag that I had brought to repair When we make remarks and we wrongly we simply apologize.

  This house declines from year to year, it satisfies a clientele who only wants to show off with studded "objects", at ridiculous prices for "what it is", its quality no longer follows and what can we say about the arrogance of the "staff"? just like their customers. The shoddy work, the nature of the leathers that the real Laffargue saddler would not recognize. To be forgotten because real competition is just two streets away.
