Kaskarot was created in 2008 by Dominique Urchoeguia. "An original Basque knife with a strong character" he likes to say! Its corsair-style blade and its curved handle in the shape of a fish tail evoke the history of the city and do not leave you indifferent. It can only be found at La Civette in Saint Jean de Luz.

The famous BASQUE YATAGAN

This is the traditional Basque knife. Comfortable and utilitarian, it is characterized by the inclusion of rivets in its handle as well as a Basque Cross in marquetry. It is also made from scarified medlar wood.
