The particularity of our house is to succeed in associating with the same competence the demanding trades of caterer and organizer for a result of 180,000 covers per year.

Humblot has been deploying its know-how in the Basque Country for about fifteen years now by organizing exceptional private events and conferences on a European scale.

It was then natural for Jean-Guy Humblot, in love with this region, to officially open an office in Biarritz in 2011.

Our daily commitment : the choice of good and real regional products and a lot of creativity to present them. During ISO 20121 certification, our chefs, assisted by our purchasing manager, work on the design of seasonal menus; diversified menus that enhance the products of our region. This necessarily involves the supply of short circuits, one of the best ways to control our purchases, ensure traceability and regular quality.
