Authentic, lively and generous, like his cooking, Philip has over twenty years of experience as a chef in Switzerland, France and Latin America.
After having lived a good slice of life far from her native land, Maïté has returned to her origins and deploys her creativity with sunny and smiling touches to welcome you as at home.
Together, they embarked on the Egun On adventure and are delighted to share their love of the Basque Country, full of flavors and colors.
Egun We offer simple cuisine that favors fresh, local, short-circuit and seasonal products : sandwiches, salads, burgers, taloak and pizzas (in the evening or to order at lunchtime). There is also a daily special and a children's menu.
