BIDAIAN, GOURMET RESTAURANT IN SAINT-JEAN-DE-LUZ

Jérôme didn't choose cooking by chance; after a first life in advertising and communications, he returned to his first love and trained alongside the great names in gastronomy (Marc Meneau, Jean-Paul Jeunet...). 

A traveler at heart (L'île d'Aix, La Rochelle, Cannes, Paris...), he is also a gourmand of new adventures; by turns culinary consultant, restaurant chef (Le Ratapoil, Le saut du Loup, Wonderlust, Chez Joséphine... ), orchestrator of ephemeral culinary events (La plage du Petit Club at the Cannes Film Festival, La tour de la Chaîne in La Rochelle...), or chef in a hospital group, his appetite for inventing new experiences knows no bounds.

For the past 10 years, Jérôme has been imagining, designing and realizing the dreams of those who share his love of good food.

Since December 2023, Bidaian has reopened with Jérôme at the helm, but also with 2 young chefs: Roman Clogenson and Charles Tréhiou to offer market-fresh menus for lunch and a gourmet menu every evening from Tuesday to Saturday.
