  This was one of the most special restaurants I have ever been to. The owner does it all from serving to catching his own fish to preparing the food. A great ambiance and incredible food. Some of the best and most unique dishes I have ever had. It was a 10/5 experience. Just note that you won’t find a menu nor a wine list but go with the flow and you will enjoy without a doubt.

  This was my first time here don’t like the smell of fish at all ,but I started to eat it from this day onwards . It was delicious and worth every penny.

  What an amazing 8 course tour of freshness, enhanced with some chef fermented and cured ingredients. Everything is meticulously made and sourced from the daily market, local farmers, or in the region. Surprises can include local yuzu, elderflower, or even Szechuan spices. The wine selection includes natural, organic, and sustainable selections, including women winemakers. Chef Luke is from Australia but settled in France. Must eat, must experience, must immerse, must admire!
