The vagaries of life meant that Asador Montxo passed into new hands for a few years. Fortunately this stage is now over and their family is back.

Iban took over from their father, with the same determination and enthusiasm as he did 25 years ago. His way of working and his philosophy are more alive today than ever at Asador Montxo.

Located in Urdax, a small town in the north of Navarre, on the border with France, this asador is above all a family place with a strong gastronomic tradition.
