  Two words on Joe Bike: top notch! Personal competent and friendly, clear comminication and many, many bikes to choose upon. I've took mountain bike (was not convinced to be able to climb the hills with city bike around Biarritz) and spent very happy few hours on it. And went smooth over all the hills around and in the city... Bike like brand new, brakes and gears working exact as they should (with performance related clearly to the price point here) Only 1 related wish here.... I wish we would have this Shop in Germany.

  Picked up a touring bike here for a three day tour of the area. I was allowed to try two bikes to see which one I preferred before setting off. The bike was in good repair and the brakes and gears well calibrated. I got panniers as well which were clean and in good condition. Throughout this the guy checking me in was friendly and informative, and didn't mind me transferring my stuff from my bags to the panniers! Great service.

  Great rates and really friendly helpful staff. Just a warning though to pre book electric bikes as they are very popular as we found out, we ended up with regular bikes which were fine and didn't find the hills to and from Bidart too bad. Great way to explore
