    Suite à un accident, mon dérailleur s'était cassé. En une matinée c'était réparé et plusieurs autres soucis ont été réglé par la même occasion. C'est impeccable, merci.

    I took my electric bike to joe bike for a brake change. I arrived by bike (with assistance I specify). I got it back and it no longer worked. A little annoyed, I naturally wanted to understand what had happened but I didn't get an explanation, the boss seemed to be amused by the situation but not really concerned. There was no follow-up, I paid for my repair and left with my broken bike.
