  TO AVOID ESPECIALLY We have been trying to do the hot air balloon trip since June 2023. The manager, Mr. Ravoux, almost never responds and never gives a date. He always has an excuse to let more time pass. After trying to contact him several times, he told me without any qualms that I would stop harassing him. And so on. I tell him that I will stop trying to contact him when he reimburses us the €475 that we paid over a year ago because we are no longer able to go out. I never got a response. We are taking legal action against him and his company. Don't trust him. No seriousness, no respect, no sense of professionalism or humanity.

  RUN AWAY!!!!!Free ticket for a wedding anniversary in July 2023 and since then no answers but this day July 13, 2024 we finally managed to contact them an appointment is finally made. The person seems in good faith but following multiple causes has accumulated a delay. To be continued, we keep our fingers crossed that everything goes well. Ultimately no news for the appointment made in October to make the flight and now unreachable again. We intend to file a complaint for scam.

  Fleeing is no longer even necessary. A year and a half after our reservation, we are still waiting. A year of inventive excuses, false hopes, and missed appointments – it's a true masterclass in amateurism, and unprofessionalism. I think you've made peace with sinking your business. We could almost congratulate you for your consistency in the scam, if it weren't so pitiful.
