  We came for a Saturday Easter weekend, we expected to have to wait to be able to access the spa but not in this way... we arrive and we are told that the spa is full and that the queue is also full, in itself, it is not a problem because having already been there a few times, it happens, you just have to be patient. However, the way things are presented is questionable. In fact, we are told that there is a wait and that they are unable to say if there will be room. From looking at the crowds on the internet and coming back, in short we are literally told to leave. Indeed, they want to avoid the station hall effect. In terms of welcome, I have experienced better. And yet, I'm not the type of person to leave a Google review for everything and anything. But now, I feel the need. It’s a shame because the place is nice, the facilities too, but the management is a little less so. A little nod to Maël who was accommodating and who resolved the situation. In the end, we didn't wait that long, so with a little patience and service we can get there.

  Nice place but the temperature of the pool is not at all high enough. In addition, it is not hot in the rest areas. We were very cold during the 2 hours… I don't recommend.
