  After studying oenology in Bordeaux and Burgundy, then working in Côte-Rôtie and the Rhône, Olivier Pouchouloumoved to his native Basque country in 2019.
  
  Settled in Ispoure, Olivier raises his tannats and Cabernet Franc, the first vintage of which was produced in 2020. He planted 2.5 hectares, then leased a further 2 hectares ofAOC Irouléguy land.

We discovered the wines of this young winemaker in a restaurant in the Basque country. This made us want to meet him in his cellar. Olivier spoke to us with passion about his work and had us taste his excellent wines. Drink in moderation but without hesitation! We wish him a great wine adventure.

Olivier is a true wine enthusiast who loves authenticity and a job well done. His wines reflect this state of mind. We were warmly welcomed and guided by Rose and Justin, his parents. A superb meeting and sharing that we will keep in our memories. Thank you 🙏🏻!
