  A very friendly team of young people, very good quality, great freshness, preparation of your fish on request with incredible dexterity in lifting the fillets, love of the profession these are not part of generation Z and fortunately for the customers because the profession fishmonger requires great professionalism, the will to get up early. Thank you again for your kindness and your smile, we must continue like this

  I am delighted to have found a REAL fishmonger at the market halls of Biarritz. Excellent fish bought at the Saint Jean fish auction! Everything is very good: don’t hesitate! Go there with your eyes closed, you will enjoy it.
