Located in Anglet, Emilie Prunet, practitioner with a paramedical diploma, is a specialist in aquatic therapies. She accompanies you for unique sessions in a warm and pleasant setting. Émilie Prunet's specialty goes well beyond a simple moment of well-being: it is part of a complete treatment approach aimed at restoring the harmonious balance between body and mind. Its audience: children, pregnant women and adults, with a growing audience of adults looking to let go.

Before each session, Émilie takes the time to establish a precise dialogue in order to best identify the imbalances or tensions that you or your child may feel. This crucial step allows you to adapt the session for maximum efficiency. Very rare in the BAB sector, she works in a swimming pool heated to 35 degrees where she creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and appeasement. To achieve this, she uses different treatment and therapeutic methods to release tensions, both physical and emotional.

THERAPEUTIC BATHS: An intrauterine reconnection chamber for newborns

The arrival of your baby is a moment of intense happiness in your life. It is a time filled with positive emotions, joy, excitement and anticipation. Your deep desire is to create an environment favorable to its growth and well-being.

But did you know that what you experience from conception to birth is written in your child's unconscious? All your emotions, feelings and thoughts are absorbed by the baby. All this emotional baggage generates tensions that can accompany him throughout his life. Emilie is dedicated to giving your baby the best possible start by facilitating the release of accumulated emotions and tensions.

A gentle return to intrauterine life: a moment of happiness thanks to water.

Émilie's technique consists of the creation of an SAS close to intrauterine life, which forms the link between the mother's womb and the outside world. Cradled in water heated to 37°C and wrapped in a diaper, the baby, from 0 to 1 month old, relives the same sensations as when he was bathed in amniotic fluid. Thanks to her therapeutic bath sessions specially adapted for infants, Emilie offers a space for your baby to relax, feel safe and relive moments of deep well-being. It's a bit like a second birth, but more gently.

This bath is suitable for all births, especially those where the delivery was complicated. It is best to do the treatment as close as possible to leaving the maternity ward. This SAS will play an essential role in the future development of the child. Whatever his age, each time he reconnects to this space he will find a deep feeling of confidence and security which will ensure a release of accumulated tensions. This begins with birth but also applies to the various stages of development, from 0 to 12 years old.

THE CHILD'S LIFE: a succession of challenges generating tension.

Childhood is a time of rapid growth and development. Each stage presents its own challenges, potential sources of inner tension. Here are some examples around the social and psychological development of the child:

Newborn: it is during this period that the first tensions linked to the birth of the infant appear, a great ordeal for both the mother and the child. They can cause various minor ailments but are sometimes difficult for the whole family to live with. The most common being colic, sleep disorders, excessive crying, constipation, bath phobia, etc. In the vast majority of cases, a session with Émilie is enough to find calm!

Baby (1-3 years): corresponds to the period of affirmation of autonomy. At this age, the accumulated tensions since birth can result in recurring tantrums, sleep problems, screaming, excessive crying and difficulty becoming toilet trained after potty training. These external signs are a reflection of internal tensions that the child does not know how to manage, leading to a feeling of insecurity. Soothing him means helping him feel better. And this also applies to parents who can finally breathe!

Preschool age (3-6 years): This is the stage of socialization with the arrival of school. Tensions at this age can influence relationships with other children and slow down their socialization. They can lead to anxiety, bedwetting, fear of abandonment or leaving the family home, and a phobia of school. Releasing the child at this age will promote a peaceful and fulfilling social bond and will allow him to have better self-confidence.

School age (6-12 years): academic learning, managing self-esteem, solving social problems and building meaningful friendships are all challenges that the child encounters during this period. Unmanaged tensions, especially if they have accumulated since a young age, can lead to relational, concentration and learning difficulties, early school failures, hyperactivity and shyness. The child feels discomfort and internalizes it. Freeing the child at this age will be essential to prepare for pre-adolescence, a pivotal period of personality construction, also a source of very strong inner tensions.

Over the years, an accumulation of tensions builds! And the child has to live with it. However, releasing them can be quick and easy if they are dealt with in time. Émilie offers you her method to free them by combining the importance of SAS with therapeutic baths, aquatic massage, emotional baby reflexology. Thus the development of the child's life will be more harmonious and fulfilled. The hot water and gentleness of Émilie are therefore a true gift of inner peace for the child who will then be better prepared to face the future challenges that await them.

It can therefore be It's hard to find a balance in all of this. But how do you find time for yourself when you can barely breathe? By combining sessions with Émilie, a family outing for mom, dad and child; and a meeting with newfound serenity!
