    • Between legends and stories, in the footsteps of the myth of Quetzalcóatl, relive the conquest of the Mayan and Aztec civilizations as well as the arrival of chocolate in Europe and Bayonne! Then go back in time thanks to our collection of old manufacturing machines.

Throughout this journey, witness with a gourmet eye the artisanal production of our specialties made from 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate. Educational and fun, this tour reveals all the stages of chocolate making.

Finally, from harvest to its final transformation, experience the intense journey of the cocoa bean through a short film (20 minutes of screening) and discover all the secrets of its production.

A workshop for children then offers budding little chefs (from 4 to 12 years old) the chance to practice their craft as chocolatiers, giving free rein to their imagination to decorate a bite with delicate white chocolate. Fun creations that they will proudly take home.

Contemplate, touch, listen, smell, bite... At the end of the journey, your taste buds will be rewarded by tasting a selection of exceptional and unmissable chocolates.

Visit from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Fun museum tour, with the entry price. The chocolate sampling at the end was also fun. Everything is translated in multiple languages including English.

The lady at the reception who seemed to be more senior than the others were extremely rude and bullying. Her gesture and mimics gave an expression that she really doesn’t welcome you at the museum. We were so shocked. Other employees were very nice. The desk they served the chocolate for tasting was dirty and the chocolate tasting was very amateur woth no detailed information on the chocolate. Poor experience, horrible hospitality. Regret visiting

You can book the tours very easily online. We did it in one of the shops. The two people working in the shop in the museum were very nice and could speak English very well. Almost everything is also written in English. They even offered to change the video that usually runs in French to the video in English. You can watch them working in the factory. Very interesting. They have a little activity for children at the end. My daughter loved it. Trying the chocolate at the end was of course the best. The man working at the shop explained each piece of chocolate very well, and it was very interesting. Of course we couldn't leave empty handed.
