    • The Olari restaurant bases its gastronomic offer on seasonal and local products.

      Throughout the year we offer a vegetable stew, whose vegetables vary depending on the season we are in. Likewise, in the season it is available, the suckling lamb is local.

      We work mainly with Navarrese products and the fish is always fresh , brought from the local market.

      We offer a careful and detailed service.

    We stopped for lunch after spending the morning in the area and it was truly a success. Close treatment, delicious food. If you are in the area, perfect place to eat something. Without a doubt a success

    Muy buen lugar para disfrutar de la gastronomía de la zona. La merluza y los chipirones estaban de morirse. La atención muy amable y rápida.

    Very good food , the waiters were extremely nice!! The restaurant has a window with good views, and the decoration is very pretty. Good place to eat.

    I made a stop leaving the Baztan Valley behind....and the menu of the day quite good in quantity and quality, accompanied by a bottle of cider included...the other option was wine. Exquisite...
