  I would like to report absolutely unacceptable behavior in this hotel. Nice small town, clean and comfortable hotel, but the attitude of the staff spoiled our stay. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in March at La Villa Bleue. It was a business trip for him, and according to his contract, I was allowed to accompany him. From the first days, I was confronted with humiliating and inappropriate remarks from the staff, who seemed to be part of the management. On the second evening, the young man at the reception greeted us with mocking greetings. The next morning, leaving my room around 9:30 a.m., I went to the restaurant bar counter. A group of men were leaning on each other, visibly comfortable in their contempt. When I order a coffee, the same employee makes a heavy and insidious remark: “Here is Madame accompanying Monsieur on his business trip. " Unsettled, I don't respond immediately, and he continues with an even more contemptuous implication: "You know, there are a lot of people who do that! » I felt humiliated, soiled. Meanwhile, the other men laughed, complicit. It's a shame! How can individuals working in the hotel industry allow themselves to adopt such disrespectful behavior towards their customers? If we had the opportunity to leave, we would have left the establishment immediately. This kind of attitude gives a deplorable image of Basque culture. I want to warn future clients who risk undergoing the same treatment.

  I can't give any opinion on the room or anything else. But what I don't accept is that it takes 72 hours to cancel a room. So you have to plan for xxl lumbago for at least 72 hours My husband is blocked, I reported it and he still took the €150 from me I say bravo for his humanity So I advise you to plan your illnesses in advance
