  Bravo sur toute la ligne ! Des plats époustouflants et exécutés avec beaucoup de justesse ! Les assaisonnements sont très justes, les produits locaux pour la plupart sont d’une fraîcheur totale, la vaisselle est sublime et met en valeur les plats, Lucile au service est d’une extrême gentillesse et possède la composition des plats sur le bout des doigts elle recommande les vins avec une grande expertise. Le restaurant est très bien aménagé et décoré sobrement mais avec beaucoup de goût ! Si vous êtes dans le pays basque c’est une adresse absolument INCONTOURNABLE !

  Unique gourmet restaurant: tiny room with 14 seats, modern and careful decoration in natural shades, terracotta, beige and green, beautiful artisan crockery, mismatched silverware, branded knives, menu reduced to 3 options, weekday lunch at €34, 4-course menus at €56 and 6 courses at €74 with no indication of dishes other than the list of seasonal and local products worked during the period. Once the surprise has passed, the rest must be placed with confidence in the expert hands of the owners: he excels in the kitchen, she performs in the dining room and advises on food and wine pairings. The experience is magnificent from the appetizers with the trompe l’oeil olive which delicately cracks and melts in the mouth. The rest is to match: plates worked with finesse, simple products but sublimated by the chef, delicate combinations, delicious juices and oilseed pralines as a red thread available right through to dessert. It’s beautiful, it’s fair and it’s very good! The discovery is worth it, reservation is obligatory to experience an exceptional moment. Already spotted by Michelin, the restaurant should quickly be rewarded. Well done to the two young owners, we really enjoyed the 4-course meal and will talk about it around us.
