Located in the beautiful Jardines de la Medialuna , the Chalet de Izu is the headquarters of the Official College of Physicians of Navarre. This iconic building, reminiscent of the architecture of Habsburg Madrid, houses the restaurant.

This majestic little palace was the residence of Ambrosio Izu, who had it built in 1955 after his return from Mexico, where he had emigrated and made a career as the owner of an important spinning, fabric and printing factory. He settled there with his wife, the Navarrese Blanca Urmeneta.
